Wedding Date

Just look at how fucking cute we are. We had such a great time at the wedding, and even though Will hated his suit because it wasn’t fitted nicely, he still was looking sexy beyond all belief.

It was a beautiful event, I cried a little, I taught Will the cupid shuffle, I requested “I Never” by Rilo Kiley, and we slow danced together and it was definitely a weekend I’ll never forget. Drunken fun with friends, and lots of sexy sex with the love of my life. I can’t wait to see some of the pictures from the event!

OOTD: Self loves makes me smile. A lot.

I have had more and more days like this lately. Days where I just feel too cute to be alive, and I can’t stop from smiling. It’s not always easy, but breaking yourself of the self-loathing habits you were brought up to know is hard. Once you start breaking free, though, life is better in all the ways.

There’s not much to say about this outfit, because it was too hot (or I was too lazy) to accessorize. The dress is thrifted, and it was the first thing I thrifted upon moving to Georgia! I wear it probably once a week. Love.

This was my prom dress from last year. It was a US12 that I found at a local thrift store for $12. I made my crown myself from flowers in my garden and tiny lights so it looked incandescent. And I had a matching bow-tie for my date. It was a pretty spectacular night!

So this is the outfit I’ve decided to try and throw together. I need to buy all of it but the watch because I already own that. The shades I almost bought at Target the other day but passed on them… I might go back and get them.

I dunno. Do you think I can pull this look off? I’d like any and all thoughts and ideas/suggestions. 

I also don’t know what color tie to go with. Green always seemed to pull the tiny bit of green I have in my eyes out. But purple looks so smooth with gray.

So much thanks has to go out to gryffin-dyke (Kayce)… she’s kindly taken me under her fashion wings and did all the leg work for me in finding what it is I wanted but didn’t quite know how to put it together. She’s awesome and you should all follow her for sure!

I’ve already made an order though that’s shipped, and I can’t really justify spending more money for this one even though I want it so hard.
